Anhui Delin Group's first congress was successfully held in order to implement the spirit of the party’s 19th congress, strengthen democratic management of enterprises, promote openness in factory affairs, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees in accordance with the law, and further builds harmonious labor relations. On January 8, 2018, the Anhui provincial Delin Group held the second trade union member congress and the first congress. Liu Miaoxian, secretary and executive vice chairman of the county trade union party Group, Chen Yiheng, deputy director of the county people's social Council, Ding Xialing, vice chairman of the county Federation of trade unions, and Wang Gongyin, vice chairman of the county Federation of industry and commerce attended the meeting. 40 staff representatives should attend the meeting, of who 34 were actually present, which was in line with the quorum. With the joint efforts of all delegates, the scheduled tasks of the conference were successfully completed in accordance with legal procedures. The meeting was presided over by Jia Binggen, the party construction instructor of the county-based Delin Group in Anhui province. General manager Chen Weide made the annual work report of the Group Company. the meeting carefully listened to and deliberated and approved seven documents, including the implementation method of the employees' congress system of the Delin Group in Anhui province, the collective contract of the Delin Group in Anhui province, the wage payment method of the Delin Group in Anhui province, the special contract of the female employees of the Delin Group in Anhui province, and the employee manual of the Delin Group in Anhui province. The representative passed the election method and elected a new trade union Committee, a funding review Committee and a women's worker Committee. Cao Chengping was newly elected chairman of the trade union and made a statement. Chen Weide, chief representative of the Delin Group, and Cao Chengping, chief representative of the employees signed seven contracts on the spot, including the collective contract of the Delin Group of Anhui province, the wage payment method of the Delin Group of Anhui province, and the special contract for female employees of the Delin Group of Anhui province. Chen Yiheng, deputy director of the county people's social service bureau, carried out on-site supervision and review of the seven contracts signed by the Company through collective negotiation, and read out opinions. Finally, Liu Miaoxian, party secretary and standing vice chairman of the county Federation of trade unions, made an important speech. First, he warmly congratulated the successful convening of the congress and the newly elected leadership team of the collective trade union. Second, he proposed to strengthen the awareness of the work of the trade union, handle the two relationships well, pay close attention to the three tasks, and improve the four abilities. First, he should closely connect with reality and enhance the awareness of service.  Second, we should deal with the relationship between trade unions and party branches, trade unions and employees.  Third, pay close attention to three tasks: first, do a good job in the self-construction of trade unions; the second is to do a good job in the construction of the workforce; the third is to strengthen the cultural construction of employees. Fourth, improve four kinds of abilities. First, continuously improve the ability to organize, mobilize and rely on employees.  The second is to improve the ability to express and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees in accordance with the law; the third is to improve the ability to construct harmonious labor relations; fourth is to improve their own innovation and development capabilities.
